  Poorest excuse for Tim's around. Long, retarded waits at speaker. Even worse wait for your actual order. Only to get to window to see 7 of them leaning on counters, manager included. Customer service means nothing to these people yet they continually expect to "keep" your change. Most dont even offer it back. Owner should be proud of his management team here. Any decent employees they have continue to get shafted for having an opinion "outside" the box. Go figure, an employee that expects to be paid proper instead of being shafted on every pay.....

  Waited in line with two kids for 15 minutes only to find out that they ran out of supplies for two popular summer time drinks and wouldn't have more till Friday (three days). Obvious thing to do would be to post a sign.

  Personally I have only been to this store once because the sight of it gives me cancer and I would rather jerk 7 guys off into a cup and rub it all over an an endangered species before drinking the coffee that they make. The experience of entering that store is comparable to cutting both of your hands off and sitting on them after bouncing on your boy for a minimum of 6 hours. I'm not even sure if it is a coffee shop, it reminds me more of the chocolate factory Willy Wonka ran since they have so many Oumpa Loumpas
